A fire has destroyed the NGO headquarters. Tom and Mia take the displaced refugees and migrants into their building. Mia and roommate Noam become close, but Kristos takes that badly. Tom decides not to go back to New York, as planned. So his girlfriend, Lily, comes to Athens to accelerate the sale of the building to finance their start-up. But then they’ll have to evict all the occupants.
