Kate arranges with James to do only 2 surgeries a week in Whitby as originally planned and James would help out in Aidensfield when necessary. A feud amongst a local family turns nasty and the police soon learn there’s a lot more raw emotion and conflict behind the trouble as they find out more about the families recent past.
