Hospitalized with a knee injury, Harm is forced to take action when the Hamas, a terrorist Islamic Resistance group, takes the hospital hostage.

An Israeli diplomat undergoing a heart transplant provides the Hamas terrorists with the perfect negotiating tool. They take over the operating room — as well as the entire hospital — and use the diplomat as leverage while demanding the release of one of their imprisoned leaders.
